Baby Massage
Baby massage involves the parent or caregiver using gentle, rhythmic strokes on the baby's body, fostering a loving and bonding experience. This practice has been found to provide various benefits, including promoting relaxation, soothing muscles, improving circulation, enhancing respiratory health, reducing constipation, and alleviating symptoms of colic, such as irritability and sleep disturbances. Additionally, baby massage has been shown to facilitate better parent-baby communication and deepen the parent-child bond. The practice offers a nurturing and calming experience for both the baby and the caregiver, promoting overall well-being and emotional connection
